Soon people close to you and even those who don't will see and feel your vibe and aura.
Always these metaphysical qualities come from INSIDE. To look great you need to FEEL great, your eyes are brighter, your mind is sharper, your sleep is better and for me personally I had drastically reduced Blood pressure and cholesterol.
To maximise your results take these four steps — prove to yourself you are making progress.
Think of yourself like an engine in a car or truck — PREVENT maintenance is a better option than REPAIR after the event. Work with us, talk to us, share your experiences with us.
THIS IS A JOURNEY. WORK WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHERS JUST LIKE YOU WHO ARE FOCUSED AND COMMITTED TO IMPROVING THEIR LIVES AND LIVING AS LONG AND WELL AS POSSIBLE.
Remember FORTY is the new Thirty. Sixty is the new Fifty. Seventy is the new Sixty.
KEEP healthy habits — quit smoking, avoid red meat, reduce your coffee intake and moderate alcohol, cut down on sugar, if you love chocolate use DARK chocolate, eat the same but eat HALF the amount.
Swim, cycle, Yoga, walk when you can, rain or shine. Motion creates emotion — getting outside is good for the mindset and relieves a lot of stress. Walk thirty minutes a day puts about thirty-five miles a month on your exercise plan — over a year that is 450–500 miles of cardio.

Life-changing. So my time for change, or my "epiphany" came when a friend of mine visited me.
He had been overseas and I had not seen him nor had he sent any recent pics for sometime, guys are like that in most cases.
He was never a snappy dresser or a super-health-freak, but women always said he had a certain "something" so he was never alone, though sometimes lonely. Either way I made little effort to meet him. I was dressed down and just finished fixing my motorbike in the garage — casual was an understatement.
Suddenly I felt a bit selfish and wished I had made an effort — he was looking really healthy and fresh, big smile and great white teeth which he said he had recently fixed in an overseas location as it was a fraction of the price overseas where he now worked. I automatically wished I had made more of an effort before we met.
He told me his story. It was a wake-up call for him and me too.
I was not expecting it. It transpired he lost his wife who I barely knew, and he didn't write much anyway, a younger woman she passed of cancer only several months after they were married. As he talked my eyes watered as I knew how much they both wanted to have children, but I listened in silence.
He said he didn't email much as he felt he didn't want to talk about his life as everyone else was having so much fun, explaining he found drugs and hit hard alcohol, he was drinking Wild Turkey for breakfast, and was smoking and doing other things at night that he was ashamed of.
After a look in the mirror one day with black eye-rings, a lot of his old athletic body mass and muscle lost, very pasty-looking skin, he realised he got married because he always wanted a family, and that had not changed. Explaining he tried to change but found he needed to escape the circle of friends he had, so he accepted a job offer and that forced him to take positive action. He was going overseas.
He had lost one love but she always told him to find love again and have the family he wanted. What a beautiful human being to wish for that for another when you are leaving this life.
He got lucky. His move involved a new posting in a far away place, it took over a year but he fell for a woman of slightly junior years who ran a small business selling health products, and who taught gym and yoga classes part time at the gymnasium in the apartment block he now lived in.
He told her about his past and she helped him with some other products to rebuild muscle and get fit, but overall she explained there was only one addition he needed and that was Chia seeds and to think more about the future than about the past. Good advice.
He went for Chia in capsule format as he flew a lot and didn't want to mess about with leaves and bags and powders. They were clean and easy to use in the office too.
